How do I view my finished product ???

Your order (#17173) was delivered automatically as it was a non-edited order. You initially added the edit option but later removed it from your cart, so you only received the unedited cover template. (You can find the download link in your email or in your user account.)
Before leaving a negative review, please review your order or contact support. Since the cover art edit addon was not included, we are unable to do anything more for your order.
If you would like it to be edited, you can find the "extra addon reedit" product in our store and request an edit.

I still haven’t received my custom cover art. I need a refund as soon as possible.

Your order #17138 is not a custom cover. There is no information included in it. You selected the 'download template' option, which, as described on the product page, is simply the cover art with its original files and the cover without text. By the way, the delivery was automatic and immediate.
Please always verify your order before placing it, as you are requesting an edit for cover art that was never ordered. I encourage you to review your order #17138 and see for yourself.

My order wasn’t sent back complete

Your order #16917 was delivered correctly, as it did not include an edit. There was information to edit your cover, but it seems you removed the "cover art edit" product from your cart, so we were unable to edit your cover as you did not pay for the editing addon.
Without the edit, we only deliver the cover art template. Please review your order before making the payment.

I never received my cover art I paid for if I did I don’t believe they are edited

We just reviewed your order (#16917), and it was successfully delivered 1 hour after you placed it. As we remind throughout the purchasing process, orders can take up to 24 hours to be delivered. Since most orders require a manual process, we cannot automate it. This is noted both before and after placing an order.

Couldn't edit in my preferred program and was stuck with using Photoshop so I ended up doing half in PS and finishing it in Phonto and Photoroom but the finished product was good
I’m complaining to ya I sent you guys more than three emails about this cover Art and the word villains not being able to be seen. I want a new cover Art fixed all my refund. It been past 48 hours.

Had a difficult time getting the edit to convert to the picture but after a brief conversation I was quickly guided on how to get it done, they provide a great service an I will be doing business with them in the future… you guys rock I apologize for the miscommunication

I'm sorry to say that this comment is incorrect. We have just reviewed your order, and it was delivered, fully edited, 20 hours after the order was placed.
As we explain multiple times throughout the ordering process, when you request your cover art, you will instantly receive the original unedited files (this is an automatic process). Within the following hours, always less than 24, you will receive the edited cover art with the information you provided (this process takes a few hours as it is done manually by a designer).
I recommend checking your user account and downloading your order again. You will find the edited files delivered by our designers there.
