Digital Product Refund Policy
We are committed to offering high-quality digital products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the unique nature of digital downloads, our refund policy needs to adapt to these products specifically.
Refund Eligibility for Digital Downloads:
We can only offer refunds for digital products under the following condition:
- Technical Issues: If you encounter technical issues with your download that prevent you from accessing or using the product as intended, and these cannot be resolved by our support team.
- Undelivered Order: Some orders are not delivered immediately as they require editing. These orders can be canceled as long as delivery has not yet been made, which is usually within 24 hours for most of the catalog.

More Than 24 Hours: If it takes us more than 24 hours to deliver a premade cover, your order is eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund for Technical Issues:
- Contact our support team as soon as you notice the issue, providing details of the problem, your order number, and the email address used for the purchase.
- Allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue. Our team will work with you to attempt to provide a solution that ensures your satisfaction with the product.
- If we are unable to resolve the technical issue, we will process your request for a refund.
Please note: Requests for refunds due to technical issues must be made within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once your request is processed and approved.
