Case 1 - If you ordered an UNEDITED cover, a cover pack, or a beat pack, the download link will be available automatically after your order, in most cases. In some instances, it may take a few hours. Nevertheless, you will always receive an email when the download link is available.

Case 2 - If you ordered a Cover Art with editing or motion, the download link will NOT be generated automatically. This is because a designer will be assigned to your order and will edit it manually. Within 24 hours or less, the download link will be assigned to your account, and we will notify you via email.

Stay calm, this is a normal process. When you place an order, our system automatically sends the original files (PSD and text-free cover) as part of an automated process. Meanwhile, our designers receive the order and begin

customizing your cover art, which they will

deliver in less than 24 hours since this is a manual process.
