Quick answers

How long will it take to receive my order?

Download Files orders arrive instantly. If you ordered a cover with editing or motion, the download link is not sent immediately: most edited orders ship within 6 hours, with a maximum of 24 hours.

I ordered a customized cover but only received the unedited version.

That's the normal process. The unedited cover (the original PSD) is sent automatically; the edited version arrives within 24 hours.

It's been more than 24 hours and I haven't received my order.

Check the downloads in your account first: the email may have been filtered. If it's not there, write to us with your order number. If a premade cover takes more than 24 hours, your order is eligible for a refund.

I'm not happy with my edited cover.

Request a free revision with your order number and tell us what to fix. The designer sends you a new version.
