The artwork and Motion Cover were visually striking and well-executed. However, upon first receiving the files, there was a minor hiccup — all the content was delivered in .mp4 format and included the Parental Advisory logo by default.
After requesting a revision of the Motion Cover, I was promptly sent the corrected and updated version within the promised 48-hour timeframe ⏱️. Truly impressive after-sales support — efficient, responsive, and professional ✅.
Dope picture but I Never received my order with my added information on that template.. I emailed you guys 3 times and never received a response for what I paid for except once by Alejandro explaining to me what I’ve already done . I asked for a refund due to my none received order and no answer.. $71.91 isn’t enough to get a lawyer involved but I will definitely never forget this and never do business with yall again…
