Will my cover be edited by AI?

Absolutely not. Your cover art is created and edited by one of our designers. This is why our delivery time is under 24 hours. Otherwise, it would be instant. Plus, you will be able to communicate directly with the designer if you need a revision or want to change any element of your cover.

How long are the Motion Covers?

Motion Covers match the full length of your song, except for Instagram Stories (15s) and Spotify Canvas (8s) due to platform limits.

Nice design

Nothing to complain about the design. Simple and effective, easy to modify, as expected.

However, the reason I bought it was because I was in a rush to produce an artwork, I had about 15 hours left.

I thought that the download link would be generated right after the order, and had planned to spend the evening to finalise the cover. Your website says "the download link will be available automatically after your order, in most cases. In some instances, it may take a few hours"

It took 14 hours, way more than an few hours. So the release had to be postponed a week later. That created a lot of stress here. I understand it is not your responsibility, but if the website would had mentioned an accurate amount of time, I would have ask a designer to do it in a rush instead.

But the product itself is great.
