Case 2: If you ordered a cover art with editing or motion, a designer will manually work on it. The download link will be assigned to your account within 24 hours or less, and you'll be notified by email.

Will my cover be edited by AI?

Absolutely not. Your cover art is created and edited by one of our designers. This is why our delivery time is under 24 hours. Otherwise, it would be instant. Plus, you will be able to communicate directly with the designer if you need a revision or want to change any element of your cover.

How long are the Motion Covers?

Motion Covers match the full length of your song, except for Instagram Stories (15s) and Spotify Canvas (8s) due to platform limits.

Your order #16917 was delivered correctly, as it did not include an edit. There was information to edit your cover, but it seems you removed the "cover art edit" product from your cart, so we were unable to edit your cover as you did not pay for the editing addon.

Without the edit, we only deliver the cover art template. Please review your order before making the payment.

Unfortunately, this was not an error on our part, and there is not much more we can do for your order. If you would like to add the requested information to the cover, you can find the "extra addon reedit" in our store and request a re-edit.
