Customer service was helpful. The order didn’t come with the font file so I reached out to customer service and they sent it to me right away. I got the order within the timeframe mentioned on the site. Every layer is adjustable. 10/10
I thought it was nice and tasteful. It was just enough and not over the top good work!
Nothing to complain about the design. Simple and effective, easy to modify, as expected.
However, the reason I bought it was because I was in a rush to produce an artwork, I had about 15 hours left.
I thought that the download link would be generated right after the order, and had planned to spend the evening to finalise the cover. Your website says "the download link will be available automatically after your order, in most cases. In some instances, it may take a few hours"
It took 14 hours, way more than an few hours. So the release had to be postponed a week later. That created a lot of stress here. I understand it is not your responsibility, but if the website would had mentioned an accurate amount of time, I would have ask a designer to do it in a rush instead.
But the product itself is great.
