I just subscribed to GRAFIKSBOX PLUS, what happens now?
From now, you can access to all the pages and files that your plan includes. Just make yourself at home and start downloading our content.
How can I access to the previous monthly BONUS?
Monthly BONUS will be automatically renewed each month. If you downloaded a past monthly BONUS and you want to get access again, you need to go to Account > Downloads. You will not have access to the previous monthly BONUS if you did not download them before.
What is the commercial use license?
All the Lorem Ipsum generators on the Internet tend to repeat predefined chunks as necessary, making this the first true generator on the Internet. It uses a dictionary of over 200 Latin words, combined with a handful of model sentence structures, to generate Lorem Ipsum which looks reasonable. The generated Lorem Ipsum is therefore always free from repetition, injected humour, or non-characteristic words etc.
I need the invoice, where can I find it?
You can find the receipt at Accounts > Billing. You can also contact to support@grafiksbox.com indicating your tax details and we will get in contact with you
Can I customize my cover arts?
The premade artworks catalog only gives you the opportunity of change the Song Title, Artist Name, Producer Name and add your own Logo.
Am I able to share my subscription?
We do not have group plans at this moment, so it is not possible to share the subscription. Our system detects if someone is using the account with different IPs, so it can be disabled if it happens.
Even if I cancel my subscription, will I be able to use my cover arts or beats?
Yeah, you will be able to use them lifelong.
The price is on USD, can I pay with my country currency?
Yes! Your bank will convert to your currency automatically
My debit card has been rejected, why?
Here you have the most common reasons:

The bank security locks facing unusual or suspicious transactions
If you have any of these problems, we recommend you to pay through PayPal or, in other cases, notify your bank about the issues.
What do you mean with the Spotify playlist? How can I place a song over there?
It is a playlist that we created where we promote songs from the GRAFIKSBOX PLUS members. You can get access to it with the RECORD LABEL plan. With this plan, you will be available to place one song per month. Even if you unsubscribe from your plan, we will keep the song at our playlist, unless you want the opposite.
How can I unsubscribe?
Go to Account > Membership and cancel your account or contact to support@grafiksbox.com and we will do it for you.
What is the private Facebook group and how can I get access to it?
It is a private group made only for GRAFIKSBOX PLUS members. In this group, you can find artists like you and you will be able to share your music, look for features, share some tips… Whatever you need.
Do you have an iOS and Android app?
Actually, we just have the GRAFIKSBOX Market app on iOS. But you do not need to worry about that, our responsive web is perfectly adapted to mobile phones.
Can I get a refund?
If you think that Grafiksbox Plus is not enough for you and you need a refund, you just have to send an email to support@grafiksbox.com and apply for the refund. This refund will not be accepted if you downloaded a considerable amount of cover arts or beats.
Can I purchase an exclusive license for cover art or beat?
Yeah! contact to support@grafiksbox.com and we will act as intermediary between you and the producer/designer in order to negotiate the exclusive terms.
Can I use beats for profit?
Of course! All the beats that you receive being a part of Grafiksbox PLUS membership will include a commercial use contract.
Can I use the Cover Art in Spotify, iTunes, Tidal...?
Aw yeah! All our cover arts follow the actual streaming platform requirements, so they are fully compatible. Our artwork specs are 3000px x 3000px 300dpi. In addition, you will get a commercial use contract in order to avoid any distributive problem uploading your songs with our cover arts.
Can I order a cover from the scratch?
Actually, we do not have the custom cover art service inside the Grafiksbox Plus plans, but we have agreements with different graphic designers. You can obtain until 50% custom cover art discounts talking with them.
How long does it take to get my artwork/beat?
The turnaround time for beats and cover arts is established in less than 24 hours. The Monthly Bonus download will be immediate.
Do the beats contain tags?
Yeah, the beats only contain the producer tag at the start. This tag cannot be removed cause we think that producer figures should receive some song credits.
Why do I have to pay for the stems?
It is due to the high complexity of sending big size files and the time it takes for the Grafiksbox Plus team. This is why we decided to claim an extra $9. This extra cost could disappear in a near future.
How can I order a beat?
You can find a player and a form in the beats section where you can order the beat. You just have to type the beat name that you need, the email you used to register and, of course, in which format -WAV or MP3- you want the beat. If you want the Stems you have to press the “GET BEAT STEMS” button and fill the info. It just have an extra $9 cost.
How can I get my cover arts?
It is so simple. Take a look at our catalog, choose your favorite cover art, fill the form and get the artwork in less than 24 hours.
Can someone download the same cover art?
Only you and another 3 persons around the world can have access to the same cover. The cover art will be automatically deleted after being purchased 4 times. It is okay, you can feel at ease, our catalog will be rising up every week, so it is not going to be a problem.
